The Product:

You should always find a replacement or spare set of straps for the Carbon Wing handy, whether you lose your old set or need a fresh set for race days.
The top strap sits in the shielded area of the wing in order to maintain the wing's aerodynamic properties - it is designed to strap down the Mini-Bag or for small necessities or repair items.
The bottom strap is reinforced, so you can strap in larger and heavier items such as the Mezzo Bag. It's even strong enough to hold a spare tubular tyre instead, if needed.
